Refund Policy
At Crafty Quirks, we want every customer to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order (including missing items), we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund after verification. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or personal preference, return requests may be accepted with applicable processing fee deductions to cover logistics and handling charges.
All refund, return, replacement, or missing item requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear continuous unboxing video, supporting photographs, and your order details (Order ID, registered phone number, and email address). Requests without these mandatory proofs may not be processed. Products being returned must be in their original condition with all included components.
Once your request is approved, return pickup or replacement arrangements will be initiated through our logistics partner. Refunds will be processed after the returned product successfully passes quality inspection. In certain cases involving logistics verification or complex claims, refund timelines may take longer.
